PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) CLARIFICATION TEXT

1. Data Controller and Representative

Within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Tutsan Polimer Kimya Sanayi A.Ş., as the data controller, may process your personal data as specified below.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The personal data you provide to our company for communication or career application purposes are processed for the following purposes:

Within the Scope of the Contact Form:

• Evaluating your requests, complaints, and suggestions regarding our company,
• Providing feedback to you,
• Managing customer relations,
• Fulfilling our legal obligations.

Within the Scope of the Career Application Form:

• Managing human resources processes,
• Conducting and evaluating recruitment processes,
• Identifying suitable candidates for open positions,
• Communicating with job applicants,
• Retaining applications for future job opportunities,
• Carrying out commercial and operational activities in compliance with regulations.

3. Processed Personal Data

The personal data collected through our company's website are as follows:

>Contact Form: Name, Surname, Phone Number, Email Address, Message Content

Career Application Form: Name, Surname, Phone Number, Email Address, CV (Resume), Education Information, Work History, References

4. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected electronically through the Contact Form and Career Application Form available on our website. This process is based on the following legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK:

• Necessity within the scope of our legitimate interests,
• Necessity for fulfilling our legal obligations,
• Necessity for establishing or performing a contract (e.g., job applications).

5. Recipients and Purposes of Sharing Personal Data
